Not so many. You're making this much harder than it really is.
There are 32 notes that an oboe will play: from low Bb to High F (experts can coax higher notes out of it than that, in obedience to various modern composers' irrational demands, but it's not something you need concern yourself with.)
There are three notes that have alternate fingerings:
F
Eb
Ab
So that's only 35 notes you need to play, not the myriads of possible combinations you are torturing yourself with.
And..."every journey begins with a single step". Don't worry so much about all the other notes; all you need to know right now are 3 notes, perhaps 5. Learn to play those, then add other notes slowly, one at a time, as your method book hands them to you. Don't try to memorize ALL 35 fingerings right now, you'll make yourself crazy, it's data overload.
