It conceivably is related to the D triller. Check to see if the lever from the middle joint to the upper one which permits the right hand middle finger to trill D is touching the underside of the connecting lever on the upper joint, preventing the triller from closing securely. A slight rotation in the connection of the two joints can make the touching occur, affecting the positioning of the connection of the levers. Possibly the tenon joint cork is not currently as thick as it was when the instrument was played more and the air was more humid, and inadvertant rotation is possible. Also check to see if the trillers, as well as the octave vents, close tightly, regardless of that lever connection. The linkages to the two trillers and the octave vents may need oiling. Sadly, no good comes from letting an instrument sit uplayed for a period of time! Good luck.
