I'm familiar with Emerald and Jones on your list, and for a newbie embouchure, IMO either are acceptable first year starter reeds -- but echo Dutchy's comment that medium is too hard for starters.
Perhaps start with Emerald or similar 'softer' brand in Medium Softs, and after 1-2 months on those, try the 'harder' brand Jones or similar in their Medium Softs, then move on gradually to the 'softer brand' Mediums, etc.
The One Reed is 3 weeks blown, and is now prabably past its prime. However, it's got Feelings Attached, and one can't reason with youngster's emotional attachments, only honour, respect and nurture them to grow into something more mature

Oboe reeds don't last any longer than clarinet reeds.
How long do clarinet reeds generally last?
All reeds die, and the more you blow 'em, the sooner you'll blow them out.
Do you want to blow this reed out, or would you like to keep it longer?
How about playing it once a month for a Prime Performance (not more than 10 mins on that reed) and keep it in its special box in between?
Oboe needs to be practised every day, and you need reeds, lots of reeds, plural, to keep on playing every day, every month, every year.
Do you want to learn how to play oboe, or do you just want to day-dream about playing oboe?
