Mark,

Given the number of interrelated factors, it's difficult to predict how this or that staple will work for you. Perhaps you should try out a few from several reputable makers... and then let us know your findings. I use Pisoni 47mm brass "artist" staples. In the past I've also had good results with Sierra staples. I've heard good things about Stevens staples, but I haven't tried them yet. Anyone here using them?
