Staples for a particluar Brand of Oboe

Since I might be buying a new 901 Marigaux oboe: 1) Do I need new staples for the Marigaux? In addition some more general questions on staples ..................... 2) How would the opening affect reed making? 3) How do different staples affect tone/timbre and projection? Mark PS: My wife described the tone/timbre of the Marigaux as the "aroma of warm roasted coffee"
