A teacher of mine borrowed a protective light double case with a zipper and a velcro flap. On leaving a rehearsal at the Los Angeles Music Center a few years back, he failed to zipper it closed and the cover opened, spilling both instruments onto the sidewalk. The EH bell was rolling down a drain channel but he caught it just before it got to the sewer opening. Whew!
