i'm so glad there are folks out there who love forked F's and use them frequently, me too :-)
i also think Left F is a great * alternative * fingering, and it's * inclusive * never in my mind to be used exclusively instead of forked F's, the more versatile options for fingering alternatives, the better
i can imagine left-handers might find Left F's a real boon, maybe they find right-hander's forked F's real hairy to do? Feedback?
-- for right-handers trying to learn how to do Left F from scratch, one does have to work almost exclusively at it awhile until fingers are facile with it, same as with working LEb's instead of REb's
Bobo ... seems like your Loree would benefit from an adjustment to balance its forked F better with Basic / Left F, they really should sound pretty close
