... hey, been there and retraining Left F's myself -- scales and music in Key signature Eb Maj works well for replacing forked F's with Left F's -- also, try this little Mozart motif as an exercise -- Eb, E-natural, F, D (repeated) in Allegro accelarando 8ths ... R3 & R4 have to be lifted together to play up to E-natural anyway, leaving Left F the fastest and smoothest alternative before the D, followed by REb again -- this little exercise really focuses on the co-ordination of R3&4 which is a big fingering challenge after being used to forked F's R2&4
the other big change in fingering your pro oboe is to stop using Eb with your forked F's as it's probably fitted with F resonance, which is basically another Eb vent, and it probably sounds airy if you do both
