Thanks for all of the help with the "small hand" topic; I found that by lifting my Right elbow more I was able to better use my ring and pinky finger; must have something to do with the angle of the wrist. More horizontal fingers and less verticle or something.
For my left hand resting the tip of my pinkie on the L E flat key helped somehow with the L ring finger locking up.
I should just get a lesson; the instructor would have looked at me and said "Here's your problem"
but many of the tips from this board helped immensely. And just practice and more practice.
So another problem (maybe I need to take this back to the repair person but before I do...) sometimes when I use the left E flat key nothing comes out; nothing at all. I tried looking at the pads when I do it and can't see a problem although I don't really know what to look for.
Any suggestions?
When I try the right e flat immediately after trying the L sometimes it also doesn't sound; or sounds "stuffy" but the L hand E flat is more of a problem.
