gliss or glissando means play the shown note almost to its full value, then rapidly slide off the shown note by slither fingers ASAP over other notes below it to a fade out
simplest to do is scale-wise, such as D, C pinky key (hold that), B pinky key
harder to do is chromatic D, D-flat pinky key, rock / slide to C pinky key, left pinky B
it's real cool to add a lip slur, or rapid lip wobble or 'wa-wa' on the reed, to flatten all notes while passing through
also fade-out air support during the gliss and don't tongue-stop the last note, just air-sigh off
air support for a gliss is sort of like the reverse effect to ^ extra air oomph accents over notes
