One thing I noticed with my most recent IMS treatments (note: the real ones do not use electic currents at all): What I thought were tendinitis relapses for years might have actually been muscle spasms in a shortened muscle.
Tendinitis --- I THINK, please check with a specialist --- is an acute condition: it should dissipate over months. When it becomes chronic (over years), the condition might be more due to muscle shortening and/or neuropathy => irritated nerves that cause a snowball effect between tightening muscles and nerve compression.
