You may be young, but it sounds to me like you are WAY ahead of the pack, musically and socially.
Do what you know is right. Know your music ahead of time, practice, stay quiet during rehearsal. You are acting like a professional.
Be tolerant of those who are not as mature as you are. They will catch up with you, eventually.
