Ok, lets try something else.
Imagine this concern is stated about a math class, an english class, a history class, chemistry perhaps...
Just how much disruption should those teachers tolerate at the risk of learning for all students?
Please. No excuses. The teacher/conductor needs to get control and maintain it.
Period. Remove the offending students/players. And really, one or two examples made the the problem goes away.
