Tabuteau of course was the original, so listening to old recordings of him is always a good idea. de Lancie died I think two years ago now, and recordings of him are of course ubiquitous.
There are two oboists in the US who have yet to be mentioned that you should definitely listen to. One is Peter Bowman, who is the principal in the St. Louis Symphony Orchestra.
The other is my favorite oboist in the country, Kathryn Greenbank, who is principal in the Saint Paul Chamber Orchesrta. If you want beautiful, expressive playing, it doesn't get any better than her. I especially suggest their recordings of Respighi's <i>Gli Uccelli (The Birds)</i> and <i>Le Tombeau de Couperin.</i>
