Thanks for this information about the affects of climate on reeds.
I don't need to be concerned about climate change in different places, but I should try to control my reeds with climate changes in my home. In the winter, we use a wood burning stove supported by forced air heating. The climate inside can be very dry. In the summer, we like to open the windows to control the temperatures. At night in the summer, the temps can get down to the low 50's...highs in the low 80's during the day. We can also have humidity in the summer.
How do you treat your reeds with these kind of conditions? Or is it a problem at all?
