RDG instructed me to go directly to Jacksonville rather than ship the oboe to LA only to be shipped back to buffet. Because it is 7 months old the warranty overrides any repair work (and according to Buffet this is not a repairable break).

And furthermore, why should i have to pay to fix an oboe that fell apart in my hands after owning it for 7 months? I think RDG is right in saying this is a Buffet issue...afterall they didn't do anything wrong. (me either, but thats something Buffet refuses to admit).
