Have a repairman add a l-o-n-g flat extension plate ( slightly curved up at the "Southern" end) to the F#. Change out the existing fixed thumb-rest with a Selmer bass clarinet adjustable thumb-rest (about $50 for the part)- it has a very long adjustment slide, and it is extremely well designed.
Also, it is sometimes possible to bend the keys in the right hand pinky cluster upwards by (say) about 1/16" to perhaps 1/8th"- this tiny amount can sometime be a great help ergonomically for a player with short fingers, small hands...
