few years back i had the same problem, it was all the problems that was stated above, serious, haha, i wished i had this board back then, nice job people! its definitely caused by a bad embouchure at most times on beginners because the reed is not allowed to be vibrated in a controled manner. cushioned embouchure is an important concept, but the air must compensate what is left to do, practise is more important than anything, you must practise a lot to be able to 'get' the concept, or rather understand the response of the oboe in different conditions. good luck!
