Hi Goodwinds,
Thanks for your suggestion, you just may not have noticed that I live in The Netherlands . It is quite expensive to order an oboe from the States as it gets taxed heavily.
Then again, on the bright side: I live only a 6 hours drive from Paris, the land of French Oboes!
About the money part, it really isn't something to be very envious about. A small part is luck, but the larger part is plain hard work. The lucky part is that I happen to have a job I like real well.
