Hi hautbois,
I have to admit was a bit in awe after reading your posting. I'm not the type of guy to feel a senseless groupie-kind-of jawdropping awe. But I did feel quite some respect as to what you achieved and with it came a tiny glimps to glory it brought and sacrifices it must have taken.
I reread the text a couple of times the last few days - and the joke may be on me - but I could almost hear you play a song between the lines.
Thanks for your wisdom-notes, they quite gently brushed away some of the whimsical thoughts I may have had and they may well have put my senses into a better perspective. Another approach to my buy or not to buy question is forming.
