... seems like you really want & need a full conservatory model very soon, that's going to take you on your route to greater happiness
Adding extra keys to an intermediate quality oboe is like trying to make a silk purse out of a sow's ear -- the wood is good but not premium quality, and that can't be changed, so the value of adding extra keywork is not in your favour
instead, why not exchange your 'lesser' intermediate oboe for another lightly used and younger model intermediate 'fully' fitted with Left F?
next, save up until you can buy a shiny new bee-yoo-ti-ful conservatory model, keep the Left F intermediate as a backup instrument for use when #1 needs time-out for tweaking, maintenance or emergency repairs
my backup oboe is also very useful for silent fingering reps in my TV chair during lengthy periods of those (beep) ads
as for extra keys on full conservatory, i especially like the low B/C# link when playing Bminor or low register work in sharps, the Alt C (banana) key makes low C-F intervals smoother, and just sliding R3 on and off the split ring while negotiating Dflat, any Eflat, E natural and any F is a boon
