With an S10 it's not worth adding any more keywork to them without making pretty extensive modifications (eg. fitting more pillars, moving existing pillars, additional toneholes, etc.) - it'll still be an S10 but with more keywork.
On an S10 you can have a LH F key, 3rd 8ve, probably converted to semi-auto 8ves and other keywork modifications fitted, but fitting things such as B-C# trill and RH C-D trill will be expensive as some serious modifications will need to be made to the existing instrument in order to fit these.
Years back I thought of doing this to my Regent until I realised it wasn't worth it. I've done modifications to my plastic Selmer Signet but this had the majority of the keywork an S5 or other full Gillet conservatoire oboe has, so it was a case of adding the few extra bits of keywork to bring it up to exactly the same spec as my dual system S5.
How about looking for a used dual system S5 or similar pro model with all the bells and whistles? As you're doing Grade 7 fairly soon you really ought to get an oboe with more gadgets as this will make things far easier - the S10 has its limitations which will become all too clear.
You are better off part exchanging your S10 when you decide to upgrade, and you should get a reasonable part exchange against anything you like (although you will obviously get more if you sell it privately).
