Finger spacing is relatively large on oboes compared to other woodwinds, so this is a fairly common issue with players who have small hands.

You can have extension plates soft soldered to the fingerplates (as on piccolos) to reduce the stretch - made from either sheet metal or turned discs and fitted to where your fingers will naturally lie.

The only oboes I can think of that has these as standard are Rigoutat Riec, though any tech with good skills can make and fit keywork extensions to make the oboe fit your hands.

With the LH Eb touch, you can glue a piece of shaped cork onto this to make it easier to reach, or have an oboe specialist angle the entire LH pinky cluster over to the left to make the Eb touch easier to reach.

There are numerous possibilities, and solutions to all problems - so I'd suggest you see an oboe specialist about keywork alteration. They can make it reversable (soft soldered touches) or more permanent (silver soldered touches), though the former is better (with soft soldered extensions) if you do come to selling your oboe on as it's less work to put it back as to how it was originally.

The opinions I express are my own.
