She's got another short clip here, where you can see the drummer and the sackbut player. Presumably the crumhorns are off the screen to the right. Sound clip of a tenor crumhorn. It's remarkably kazoo-like, innit? Another clip here. ETA: I certainly hope that the oboes you heard at your festival sounded better than crumhorns. ETA: And actually, if you were at a "Renaissance" fair, oboes as such would have been seriously inauthentic, not having been developed until the last part of the 17th century.
