Wow, that lighted plaque is cool! I currently schlepp my reed lamp around with me, and an illuminated plaque might allow me to leave it at home. However, even taking into account the costs involved in bringing a new product to market, $100 seems a little much to pay for what amounts to a chimera of a polycarbonate plaque and a LED key chain light. Hopefully prices will come down.
