Quick one back to Thomas,

Regarding the Zip Lock Bag and the comments from Gordon.

This is often the case with people who are travelling around that they use a zip lock bag to try and keep a level of moisture and some stability to the reeds when moving climate and humidity etc.

I do this with a damp cotton ball in the zip lock bag to keep the moisture level up. Reeds & Stuff now also do a humidifying reed case which is basically this concept just built into the reed case itself.

In general this is ok, but I would not do this all the time, rather let your reeds breath and dry out fully if you are in a relatively stable climate.
