oboe advise please

Hi, I'm a university student wishing to play with the campus symphonic band. I used to have a wooden oboe but for reasons I don't have it any more. So I'm used to playing the rich sound from a wooden oboe and I would really like to be able to have an amazing instrument but my spending range is only from 1000 to possibly 1700. Right now I'm looking at either:

Buffet Model 4012 Student Oboe

Buffet Model 4011 Student Oboe

Renard Model 330 Oboe

I'm just thinkig of maybe getting Fox's 330 because it's plastic and I do travel alot and I live in Canada. Any recommendations?
