I've never seen that before. Just the thinnest part of the tip? Or more? How much of the reed is bent? I've had reeds that I've played for months and despite the tip chipping sometimes, they aren't bent in a certain direction. Just fraying. Neither playing for a length of time (hours) nor clamping down too hard (as I sometimes do) causes my reeds to bend a certain way. However, I do not necessarily play a reed in the same orientation. My chips or frays are usually due to my brilliant knife technique, or my reed case, which doesn't allow too much clearance.
You don't soak your reed before you play? I'd highly recommend that and not use your saliva.
Do you hold your oboe up at a very high angle, but head low, with a very strong embouchure? But I don't see how it would bend unless these were extremes.
