As part of my search for the right gouger, I ordered some cane gouged on a Ross machine. It arrived on Thursday.
I have made 8 reeds so far and they're all good. This gouge seems to fit my style of reeds nicely. I'm also going to try cane gouged on a Ferrillo machine but unless it completely "wows" me I will most likely buy the Ross machine.
