I use

XOXG# | XOOC for G for my thumpplate oboe and my other oboes.

XOO | XOOC for G# (all oboes)

OOO | XOOC for A (works always with the thumbplate oboe and sometimes with one of the other oboes, but I have never played an A with my third oboe).
