Here's a few fingerings for altissimo G, all with 1st 8ve (+3rd 8ve) and thumbplate held down:

½oo|xoo

xooG#|xx,oC

x,oo|xooC or
½,oo|xooC - on both of these, LH1 closes the top plate and holds down the small spatula soldered to the top joint C key at the same time.
