Ring key conservatoire system oboes give a good and easy high F# by playing high F and simply opening the side Ab-Bb trill key (the upper overlapping side touchpiece for RH finger 1). Unfortunately full Gillet conservatoire systems don't have this key fitted - the touchpiece in the same position is for the G#-A trill.

Surely if you keep your thumb on the thumbplate, you should be able to use any conservatoire system fingering - what fingering are you using for altissimo G?
