I don't have a fingering for High G yet...
But here's what I've been using for Altissimo:
C#- TP, 1/2 hole, cover 2nd+3rd holes LH, cover 1st+3rd RH+C key
D - TP, 1/2 hole, cover 2nd+3rd LH, cover 3rd +C key
D# - TP, 1/2 hole, cover 2nd+3rd+LH Ab/G#, cover 3rd +C key
E - TP, 1st+3rd octave keys, 1/2 hole, cover 2nd LH, cover 3rd +C key
F- TP, 1+3, 1/2 hole 1st hole, cover 2nd hole, left Ab/G# key, right hand 3rd hole, C key
F#- same as above, minus thumbplate
So thats what I've been using...and they're fine as there is a nice sequence to it, and the right hand barely changes, but F# is awkward as you have to slide your left hand up, and due to placement of 3rd octave key on dual/thumbplate instruments, which results in it all being rather awkward...
