The dentist wasn't able to help much -- said my teeth were fine and that I could either go to a specialist (not covered by insurance) or try oxaceprol (an anti-inflammatory normally used in the treatment of osteoarthritis, if I'm not mistaken). I went for the 5-Euro prescription, and it seems to be helping very much. Today I'll be up to three half-hour sessions, and have had no problem so far. The only dodgy time is bedtime, when it seems like the pillow shifts the jaw over a bit, which is uncomfortable.
Either the medication or time is doing its job...
