Oh DEAR. I hope you're using a different piano for the recital...
The worst scenario is that you've mildly dislocated your jaw, but I would suspect more of a strain. In the middle would be a kind of tendonitis, a swelling of the connective ligaments that hold your jaw in place.
The strain is pretty easy to treat: warm packs and REST (unless there's swelling, then no warm packs); anti-inflammatants (Advil [ibuprofen], aspirit [ASA], Aleve [naproxen]; less effective but works is Tylenol (acetaminophen): don't take more than directed on the label. The same treatment works for tendonitis but you have to rest a LOT longer (i.e. NEVER play past the point of mild discomfort until all the pain goes away).
If you can't open your mouth without severe pain, or your jaw 'catches' and is hard to open or close altogether, better see a doctor or dentist: you could injure yourself worse by forcing something.
If you have muscle spasm, a muscle relaxant might help, but that's "iffy" and would probably affect your ability to perform.
I'm sure there are holistic treatments that would help you as well; Germany has more well-researched options than we do.
Let us know how you get on.
