Fun thread...
I use color to identify sources and sometimes to differentiate cane diameter, such a I have a weber cane thread and put a blue mark around its center for 10.5 - 11 and a red mark for 10. - 10.5
I suppose I do tend to associate a color of thread with its source's tendencies, so if I were to use weber cane thread on Covey cane.... who knows.
Perhaps a double blind study is needed.
Or I switch to one color and go back to numbering staples and keeping up the journal.
And yes, rainbow threads are in my mix as well.
