... may your hymn playing be sublimely inspiring ... nothing quite like the beauty of crystalline oboe voice soaring into the heavenly heights ... have you checked out the oboe parts for Hallelujah Chorus (Handel)
... back down here in the mundane real world, that will take good technique on both octave keys, some fine-tuning adjustments on the reed, able-bodied air support ... and playing F# not F natural in the key of G or D :-)
