i could be repaired, but it will not be cheap!
the female insert on the midle joint it completly unfuntional (its half gone).
Seems like my oboe fell right on the post making the joint crack. I'm guessing it was the 6 yr old. He was sick and stayed home from school. Dady was not happy. he said if my band derector accepts me as an oboe player, next year, he will work on getting me a oboe.(i play bari sax) I'm still very sad. My sister's oboe is very nice though. It is full conservatory with almost perfect intonation, making it so much easier.
I wake up go to School, then Band Practice, then Practice my Oboe, then Sleep..... The wake up and do it again.
