442 is 7.85 cents sharper than 440. I disagree with d-oboe about the difference being slight. While it's true that we all need to bend the pitch up and down to play just intervals with other players, if we start playing 7.85 cents higher than our reed is built to play, that means that when playing a just minor third (C) above the A=442, we need to be 23.5 cents sharper than the center pitch for our reed. For me, that's not so easy. Also, what if the center pitch of the ensemble starts to drift up? That makes it even worse.
