Keep also in mind that the difference between 440 and 442 is EXTREMELY slight. Most wind players fluctuate between a 438-444 pitch level when playing in chamber music and orchestra, and slightly less when with a piano (in which case you're stuck with whatever pitch the piano is). This is completely normal and to be expected. Usually there starts to be noticeable difference when the tone is about 4Hz apart (438-442). Any less than that is easily adjusted with the embouchure, especially on oboe.
When playing a major third in a chord, for example, you must play 14 cents lower in order to sound in tune - which is much further distance than that between 440 and 442.
