looks like i have to find out a lot more about music copyright differences here in Canada, and purchasing across the border or purchasing from UK or Europe, but presume this non-sale restriction usually refers to 'still living composer' works only and perhaps publishers with 'estate' rights until an expiry date (unless renewed), how many years post mortem is that usually, 50 years before they're public domain?
