There's a 400 series Yamaha with fully automatic 8ves, but as far as I can tell they don't do a 200 series with auto 8ves, though I will have a look on Yamaha's German site to see what's on offer.
As far as I know, the 200 series is either available as dual system to low Bb for the UK market, or basic conservatoire system to low B (same spec as the entry level Bundy/Selmer USA oboe) for the rest of the world.
There are some cheapo Chinese Moennig copies listed on eBay, but they go out of adjustment just by looking at them - and what with them being ring key conservatoire system, it may prove difficult for young players with small hands to cover the open holes.
