Slow movement of the A Major Violin Sonata K. 526, played by Hilary Hahn and Natalie Zhu, is my current chill-out piece. The violin is too prominent in the last movement, but the slow movement is perfection itself.
I have periods of Mahler / Strauss Orchesterlieder also. I go through many phases, but keep coming back to Bach and Mozart. I wonder why? :-)
I'm so glad that you still enjoy music for music's sake. Many orchestral professionals get so fed up with the stress and infighting that it destroys their love of making music. I recently heard of a cellist in a major orchestra here who put her cello aside when she retired several years ago, and has not touched it since.
