Recommend checking the right hand middle finger hole for any lint/dirt accumulation. Cleaning the hole in the key with a mini-dental brush soaked in isopropyl alcohol will work or if brushes are in short supply, use a pipe cleaner also soaked in alcohol. Vodka ok too. Doing this will help the intonation on high C# & also could take care of the high D problem. Lifting the half-hole left index finger off the half-hole entirely could help; if it does, check the half-hole for dirt/lint. Octave holes need to be free & clear as well.
Best,
john
