 The last time I had a key do this to me (it was the low E), it was lint in a tonehole.  Big wad of it in there. Get a little artist's paintbrush and poke it around in the left-hand toneholes maybe? 
 
I also tend to get gunk in the half-hole opening of the B key, so it too occasionally can use being poked out with a safety pin. 
 
I live in an old, dusty house with a dog and a bird.  Lint is my bete noire.
