Is the top fingerplate for left hand finger 1 screwed down almost closed (so it only just moves), or is it fully open like all the other fingerplates?

When you close the low C key, does it close the right hand middle fingerplate completely so there's no movement, or close it down so it's almost closed but not fully?

Let us know the fingering you use using this type of diagram, eg. low G# is xxxG#|ooo and low C # is xxx|xxxC#, and high D could be anything like oxx|oxoC or 1/2xx|ooxC.
