As far as I know, The Oboe Revealed (TOR) is out of print...the adjustment guide seems to be what's generally available. TOR is a complete oboe maintenance and mechanics manual...it's really unique as far as i know because it tells you how to dismantle and rebuild the oboe key by key and has some interesting chapters on oboe care, repairs etc. As far as pure adjustment guides, i'm not familiar with Sawicki's guide, i.e. whether it's a beefed up version of the adjustment chapter from TOR or whether it's the same thing...what i do know is that the mcfarland adjustment guide is slightly more complete than the Sawicki chapter as a pure adjustment guide (e.g. has valuable troubleshooting page and is to me at least a bit clearer)...both are widely available from oboe supply vendors...
