Thanks Steve, I put up a review on WW&BW but it hasn't posted yet. I still can't get over what I got for such steal of a price.
My mother played piano and I was in 8th grade when I decided to play the flute. So my parents bought a flute and a flute book and I taught myself to play and read music. I joined the high school freshman band playing the flute. There were 32 in the flute section and I was placed 30th because they hadn't heard me play. Well, we had "down the line" try outs and the director said, "Gary, you WILL be moving up". So I got 6th chair. But I really wanted more so I switched to the oboe and played for 11 years (all thru high school and several years community band). Heck, I even played duets at church events, weddings, etc with a buddy who played flute. On a sad note, my flutist buddy died and I gave up for some reason. Now I'm back at it, playing for my own enjoyment and experiencing, once again, the joy of making music.
