... self help available with practice practice practice right D-flat, left E-flat, right D-flat, left E-flat, (or right C# left D#) in quarter notes, eighth notes, sixteenths ... yup, yawn, boring, nobody wants to listen to that, so try silent finger reps instead, at least a dozen (or more) practice reps each sitting or 5 minutes intensive practice silently 2-3 times daily adds up to pretty good in about 10 days, solid in 3 weeks ... :-)
