FULLY agree with you Robert!
You sell angle guides which are really advanced designs on sharpening rigs for plane blades. Bravo, and I hope they work on any random knife.
I get really good results just by being really careful and paying super attention to the angles at which I hold the knife... but I must admit, life would be a whole lot easier (and the results much more dependable) with a suitable angle guide.
